We are just checking in to make sure that you know we are rebooking/booking again. It feels like forever. Well, because it has been.

 

Anyhoooo, We would love to know if you need to rebook/book.

 

If you are booking can you please answer the following questions for us.

 

•When were you booked last?

•Who were you booked with?

•Who do you want to be booked with?

•Did you have a gift card you were paying with?, If so, what is it’s number ?

•Any changes to the tattoo you want to get ?

•What is the tattoo you want to get? (please add pic ideas if you can)

•What was your deposit?

•Are you able to make a deposit (if new booking)

•Please specify what days work best for you. (Wednesday-Sunday)

•What is your budget?

•Date of last covid 19 vaccine
